Manipur State Rural Livelihood Mission
To cover all poor households of the State in all rural villages, across all blocks and districts of the State in a phased manner. Particular focus is given to more vulnerable sections like scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, particularly vulnerable tribal groups (PTG), single women and women headed households, disabled, landless, migrant labour, isolated communities, and communities living in disturbed areas.

Social Inclusion & Social Development:
Bringing all poor households into the fold of SHG and its higher level federations.
Infrastructure and Marketing:
Promote infrastructure to enhance livelihoods and marketing of the rural poor.
Financial Inclusion:
Enabling the poor households, especially those belonging to the most vulnerable sections
Partnership & Convergence:
Endeavour to have good partnership with various like-minded organizations/ departments/agencies
Livelihoods:
Improvement/promotion/ up-scaling of existing livelihoods of the poor and introduction
Skills & Entrepreneurship:
Provide skills & placement jobs to the rural youth through PIAs
